Event Production
Successful events begin long before guests arrive. They require a clear vision, thoughtful planning, strong communication, and the ability to bring people, partners, and resources together around a common goal. Throughout my career, I've helped organizations, businesses, nonprofits, and community groups transform ideas into engaging experiences that connect audiences, strengthen relationships, and create lasting impact.
My experience spans consumer shows, community initiatives, live concerts, experiential marketing programs, educational events, sports-related activations, and public film screenings. From producing concerts featuring Stokley Williams and Tony! Toni! Toné! at Memphis’ historic Orpheum Theatre to coordinating trade shows, community programs, and facilitated audience discussions, I focus on delivering professional, well-organized experiences that balance creativity, execution, and audience engagement.
I also produced a community screening of Traces of the Trade: A Story from the Deep North at Detroit Country Day School, featuring filmmaker Katrina Browne. The event included travel and guest coordination, a public screening, and a community talkback and panel discussion focused on race, history, and the film’s themes. The program was supported in part through Detroit Public Television and POV.
